Improve your Italian language and your cookery skills by preparing and cooking dishes for an Italian inspired Christmas, while practising themed vocabulary and grammar in the target language.You will work through a complete menu of starter, main course and dessert over the length of the course. There is an ingredients/small equipment list for this course. Activities centred around cooking and serving food will enable you to practise previously acquired language and update your knowledge with support and guidance from the tutor. This is a hands-on, practical language course that will enable you to improve your conversational and listening skills, as well as develop your cooking techniques and knowledge of ingredients.
