The CIPD Foundation Certificate in HR Practice focuses on the fundamentals of HR at a practical and theoretical level and will be suitable for you if you have not previously studied HR before are currently working at HR administrator or advisor level or have limited experience or knowledge of HR.The course has seven units including: Developing Effective HR Practice Understanding Organisations and the Role of HR Recording and Analysing Information Talent Planning /Recruitment and Selection Employee Relations Coaching Skills for the Workplace Supporting Change In Organisations. You will attend College for 4 hours per week and can expect to spend an additional 4 hours per week studying each week. On completion of the course you will become an Associate Member of CIPD and with the relevant experience will be able to progress to a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
