On this course you will learn the professional standards for Cake Decoration. Covering all aspects of royal icing work including coating to a professional standard, piping shells, ropes, scrolls, flowers and lettering so that you can write freehand onto cakes and various design elements. Additionally you will learn sugar paste and modelling skills including coating of cakes round and square, crimping and embossing, simple marzipan shapes and models, sugar paste cut-outs incorporating simple piped decorations and lettering.
