The Level 3 Diploma is aimed at people who work with children from 0-16 years (and their families) in settings or services whose main purpose is children’s care, learning and development. It is designed for all workers, whether full or part time, paid or voluntary, permanent or temporary, who work in supervisory roles. No formal entry requirements are required, but you must have the potential and opportunity to gain evidence for the qualification in the workplace. You will need to undertake an initial assessment/interview to check your suitability.
