What will I study? This qualification provides transferable skills, knowledge and understanding that can be applied in a business setting. You will study business-related subjects that include: - Business culture and responsibilities - Customer services in a business environment - Solving problems in a business environment - Responding to change in a business environment You will gain a good foundation to progress to Level 3 whilst preparing you for employment. You will build the portfolio of tools you need for the world of work and gain experience on a placement in industry. This work placement will help you develop your employability skills, attitudes and behaviours that are expected in the workplace.
