Promoting Community Cohesion and Wellbeing

Courses which bring people together in community settings and promote community cohesion and/or physical or mental wellbeing. The underlying outcome is reduced isolation, and an improved sense of wellbeing and connectedness. As progression courses will signpost and connect people into other local activities, or have the aim of initiating new self run activities. Course examples, a start up skill share course with the aim that it becomes self running; making a community mural; a Community Singing course.
