If you love food and love eating then this course is for you. You will discover new aromas and flavours whilst cooking a range of tasty recipes from different countries. This course embraces the true essence of food as you practise different techniques used for international cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course. Your tutor will provide induction and guidance at the beginning of your course.
