On this course, which is suitable for beginners, you will learn how to cover cakes, create a variety of interesting decorations and master some finishing techniques before moving on to a seasonal cake which will be decorated using the skills you have learnt. There will be some costs involved for materials and equipment, this will be discussed with the course tutor. You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course. Your tutor will provide induction and guidance at the beginning of your course.
