Tis' the season to be jolly! This workshop will focus on making festive treats either for yourself or to give as gifts. During the session, we will be making:- - Luxury gift wrapped Christmas pudding truffles - Advent ginger biscuits and piping with royal icing - Luxury orange mince pies made with butter pastry and cream cheese filling There will also be festive recipes given out at the end of the session for you to try at home.The course is essentially a practical class with hands on learning. There will be some group and individual instruction, including demonstrations.Students may wish to attend other confectionery or cookery courses offered by the college- please browse the website.
