Cake Decorating - Sugarcraft

This course will build on the skills taught in 'Introduction to Sugarcraft'. Students will learn how to professionally decorate a cake with sugarpaste and finish off with decorations. You will be taught different ways and techniques to cover a cake and how to make a range of decorative items for it. Hygiene, and health and safety will also be taught.This is a practical 'hands on' course taught under the guidance of the tutor.Students can progress to other cake decorating courses such as: Cake Artistry (All levels); Novelty Celebration Cakes, and Make Simple Flowers for Cake Decoration. Students may also wish to attend cake baking courses, such as our Beginners course.
