What will I be learning? All aspects of the first movement of Pranayama Yoga. Which consists of: A mental exercise called The Slip Second, stretches, breathing exercises, a sequence of postures and deep relaxation. Who is the course for? The course is for anybody interested in Yoga. All aspects can be adjusted and adapted to suit everyone. What do I need to bring? We have mats and blankets, but you can bring your own if you prefer. Just wear loose clothing.
