You will learn a sequence of movements from Yang family style long form T'ai Chi Chuan (TCC) syllabus including Push Hands, Da Lu, application and Chi Kung, exercises that will enable you to calm and relax your body-mind. Improve, co-ordinate and integrate your whole body power and intent for health well-being and application. As an intermediate course some background in Yang style TCC is expected, though the focus will be on teaching to the individual so varying levels can be positively accommodated and some time will be spent on form correction and improvement.
