The level 2 NVQ in Customer Service is aimed at individuals working within a customer focused environment. You will be involved in delivering service to both internal and external customers in a variety of situations. During this 6 month programme you will build a portfolio demonstrating your ability against two core units: Communicate using customer service language; Follow the rules to deliver customer service. In addition you will choose a selection of optional units which relate closely to your role and cover the following criteria: Impression and image; Delivery; Handling problems; Development and improvements.
