Floristry BTEC Level 2 Diploma

This course offers an excellent introduction if you are considering a career in floristry and have a passion for flowers. You learn a range of practical techniques including giftwrapping, handtied bouquets and constructing arrangements. You also build up your knowledge of the principles of floristry design and retailing. To support this you will need to gain industry experience, we may be able to help you find a suitable placement. You are assessed on your practical skills and written assignments. You can progress on to the Floristry BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma and/or enter the industry as an employed or selfemployed Florist.
