Family English language - healthy lifestyle for family

In this 10 week free course, you will be working 2.5 hours per week to gain awareness of a healthy diet and its impact whilst expanding your vocabulary and improving your communication skills through speaking, listening and engaging in discussions. Your tutor will help you to explore local leisure centres and the benefits of exercise for you and your children. You will be working in a safe, friendly and informal environment and if you have a baby or a toddler, we will provide a creche for them free of charge. Adults attending this class need to be a parent, grandparent or a carer.
