We cover the fundamentals of the subject, taking in fundamental concepts of the subject up to the Big Bang to the Higgs boson on the way. Name: Physics Qualification title: Physics A Qualification type: GCE A/AS Level or equivalent Assessment Both AS and A2 are assessed by written exams. For AS there are two 90 minute exam papers, and for A2 there are two 2¼ hour exams, and one 90 minute exam. The A-level exams in Y13 assess all the course content from Year 12 and Year 13.
