Level 2 Award in Understanding Stewarding at Spectator Events (QCF)

The BTEC Extended Diploma in Public Services is a two year course designed for young people who have an interest in working in the Uniformed Public Services or further study in the Public Sector. This course will be taught with a good mix of theoretical and practical tasks. The course is delivered by experienced Uniformed Public Service personnel who commit first-hand experience to delivering current and up to date information. Numerous employer links are made available throughout. Student visits such as Fire & Rescue, Maritime, Police Community & Safety Awareness, Army Exhibitions and guest speakers are also a large component of this programme. Key Curriculum areas include: * Citizenship & Diversity * Impact of War & Terrorism * Government and Politics * Leadership * Psychology * Outdoor & Adventurous Activities * Physical Fitness Preparation * Crime & its Effects on Society Students will also be given the opportunity to complete the HABC Stewarding and/or SIA Level 2 Security based qualifications alongside this course - ensuring you are employment ready!
