Level 3 Certificate in Bridging Skills for Higher Education

This course has been development to support health and social care workers in their career development and progression to Higher Education. It has been developed in association with and supported by Skills for Health, the Sector Skills Council for health and social care. This QCF qualification: Level 3 Certificate could benefit you if you: Are currently studying for a Level 3 Health and Social Care vocational qualification and you want to progress further onto Higher Education Have completed a Level 3 vocational qualification and now want to prepare to study in Higher Education Please note this qualification does not form part of any apprenticeship framework but has been designed so that it can be taken alongside an apprenticeship programme at level 3. By the end of the course the learners will have covered the 5 mandatory units giving them 16 level 3 credits. The units will cover a variety of essential study skills to support the academic requirements needed to progress to health professional education programmes at Higher Education Institutions in England.
