Hatha Yoga is a practice of postures and sequences breathing techniques concentration and relaxation which invites you to develop awareness strength and flexiblity and balance of body and mind. Each session comprises a warmup; lying down seated and kneeling posture work and standing postures and sequences. Breath awareness and relaxation conclude the session.
