Find out about the origins and manifestations of anxiety through experiential work, discussion and theoretical input. This includes psychodynamic, existential and humanistic approaches. Ways of understanding and managing anxiety will be examined. This course is aimed at counsellors, other helping professionals and trainees. It is not aimed at people seeking help for the specific course subjects.
