UPDATED 20160720 11:14:19

Are you looking to start your career in HR, perhaps as an HR assistant or administrator? Or maybe you're already working in an HR entry level or support role? If so, this is the course for you. Line Managers will also benefit from the people skills and knowledge in this programme. It is also very practical and informative for small business owners or managers who have responsibility for managing the people element in their teams and organisations. One student who completed the course in Salisbury in 2015 said: “The course has given me a greater understanding of the wider HR environment. It definitely made me more 'marketable' to an employer - towards the end of the course I applied for 5 jobs and got 5 interviews!! Without the CIPD qualification this would not have been the case. It's been a great course and I will miss coming along on a Tuesday”.
