Contemporary Embellishment: Creative Use of Trims

UPDATED 20160720 09:45:01

Trims and braids are often used purely as decoration on garments and accessories, but if you plan ahead, they can be turned into an integral part of the garment by making space for them. You will learn how to use your trims and braids in stunningly creative ways, making them a part of your garments and accessories as inserts, paneling and windows, rather than surface additions or edge finishes. This is the final course in our series of embellishment technique courses. Only basic sewing skills are required
