You will study the delivery of effective customer service - how customers' needs and expectations are formed, how to respond to customers problems or complaints and the legislation which supports the customer service process. In the Customer Service NVQ you will have an opportunity to show existing competence over a wide range of themes such Impression and Image, customer service delivery, handling problems, development and improvement enabling you to develop your practice as required. Depending on your previous qualifications you will also study Functional Skills in English and Maths at Level 2.
