Jazz Harmony B - Practical Workshop

Develop your understanding of jazz keys/scales/modes, chords and harmonic progressions, rhythm and structure, through practical application of theoretical knowledge. Ideally taken with Jazz Ear-Training B. Open to all jazz instrumentalists. Building on Term 1, this hands-on, practical workshop applies theory to instrumental playing. The focus will be on developing good improvisation and rhythmic skills, ensemble playing, and incorporating new harmonic ideas to expand your soloing.
