Name: NVQ Level 1 Professional Chef Qualification title: Diploma in Introduction to Professional Cookery (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment The course is assessed through formal observations of practical assessments; these will take place on a regular basis in our kitchens to assess competence. Students will complete a portfolio of work and for the knowledge requirements they will complete short written multiple choice answer tests.
