Business Administration Level 2 Diploma with Functional Skills in English and Maths

This course is aimed at students who wish to gain an introduction to subjects that will enable them to work in a business environment. You will study a broad range of subjects to enable you to carry out and manage tasks as well as developing 'soft skills' such as team working and time management. The course is made up of 6 mandatory units: - Understanding employer organisations - Principles of providing administrative services - Principles of business document production and information management - Managing personal performance and development - Developing working relationships with colleagues - Communication in a business environment You will also study a number of optional units- examples of these are: - Principles of equality and diversity in the workplace - Principles of team leading - Understand working in a customer service environment - Principles of marketing theory - Develop a presentation - Produce business documents - Contribute to the organisation of an event Please note that the optional units are subject to change. Attendance is three days per week from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. In addition to attending classes in Business Administration subjects you will also have tuition in Functional Maths and English. The course fee includes materials and assessment fees.
