Power of Positive Thinking

This 'Power of Positive Thinking' half-day course in Sittingbourne will enable you to explore the possible underlying causes of negative thoughts and consider a variety of strategies for converting negative thought into positive challenges. By the end of the course students will have: identified practical techniques to help relaxation and to decrease the effects of stress; examined how relaxation affects the body's systems both immediately and in the longer term and participated in guided visualisation exercises to aid relaxation.
