Within the sphere of design, construction, maintenance and the use of buildings, a considerable input is that of the work of the Building Technician. Building Technicians work on both the pre-contract and post-contract side of development. Many organisations employ Technicians to manage the day to day maintenance of their estates. Students will be required to provide their own stationery, drawing equipment and scientific calculator.
