This course promotes health and well-being on a physical and emotional level. Learners can explore and address any blocks to relaxation whilst gaining an understanding of the concept of mindfulness. The course allows learners to practice mindfulness and experience a range of relaxation techniques that prevent muscle tension and reduce stress, and breathing techniques that increase lung capacity and general fitness.This course promotes health and well-being on a physical and emotional level.
