Reflexology: Introduction

Introduction to reflexology which will cover the history, benefits, effects and contra indications (when not appropriate to use). Students will learn how to carry out a basic treatment to use on friends and family using a variety of techniques using feet and hands. Reflexology the benefits, history and how massage works on balancing the body, relieving stress, rebalancing.
