Tai Chi On-line for Beginners

Our Beginners Level 1 course taught by six on-line lessons so you can study at home in your own time. The course teaches the popular and gentle Yang Style Tai Chi, and covers the first 27 movements of the sequence known as the Yang Style Short Form, which will enable you to do Tai Chi on your own, or feel more comfortable joining a class.
