Who is the course for? Adult ESOL students who wish to improve their reading, writing and spelling skills to prepare for work, get promotion at work or for self development. The course is linked to the Adult Core Curriculum. What can it lead to? progression onto a vocational or a higher programme. What will I study? You will be studying all four English skills in reading, writing, speaking & listening at level 1. Daytime students will also study maths as part of their course: number; measure, space and shape; and handling data.
