For this qualification, you will be based at a local nursery and will learn through practical tasks how to work with young children. You will also complete workbooks to show your knowledge and understanding and undertake some short tests. It will lead to a recognised qualification to work in a nursery. You can progess onto the L3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce.
