What does the course involve? The day will consist of classroom delivery and workshop demonstration activities. Assessment is by oral questioning and on-line examination. What is the qualification and how is it gained? The Level 2 award in Hybrid and Electrically propelled vehicle hazard management is designed for people who may come into contact with accident damaged or broken down high voltage vehicles and need to be aware of the hazards and able to work safely with them. The assessment requires the successful completion of oral questioning and on-line examination. Note: This is a knowledge unit only and does not deem someone competent to work on the high energy electrical system. How long will the course run for? The course is scheduled to run over 1 day, but may be split into two half day or evening sessions to suit commercial work patterns.
