This course is for those who are paid as teachers currently but who lack a full teaching qualification. Those who teach Literacy, ESOL, Numeracy or Disabled Learners can also achieve a Specialist Diploma in their subject. You will be able to gain QTLS (Qualified Teacher, Learning and Skills) status once you have completed with the Institute for Learning (IFL).
