Diploma in Carpentry and Joinery Level 2

The course are suitable for anyone 16 -18. The Level 2 Diplomas are designed to give you the professional competences to work on site as a tradesman when combined with an NVQ and a CSCS Card. The course is based on both the practical and theory of working in the Carpentry and Joinery area. Learning is achieved by completing projects and assignments in workplace situations and activities. It provides a good basis to specialise in the trade and go on to a more advanced qualification. You can progress to further training at level 3, specialising in the trade occupation you started at Level 2. You could even progress to an Advanced Apprenticeship or employment.
