The Using Employability course has been designed to address the needs of learners working at Entry Level 1 and in particular those with learning difficulties and disabilities. The qualification ensures that all learners are given the same opportunities to access appropriate and relevant education and improve their life chances. It provides a foundation for lifelong learning focusing on transferable social life and employability skills which are essential for living and working in the community. There is also an enrichment element to the program which includes sport and creative activities.
