This course is based in our professional kitchens at Middlesbrough College. You will further develop your culinary techniques with a variety of ingredients and learn advanced skills in the kitchen larder needed to produce food in a professional environment. You will also gain Level 3 units in food hygiene and health and safety which are essential for work in the Catering and Hospitality Industry.
