In addition to improving your football skills you will study topics such as: - Fitness for sport and exercise -The mind and sports performance - Training for personal fitness - Injury and the sports performer - Anatomy and physiology for sports performance - Practical sports performance You will receive top class coaching in either basketball, rugby or football (depending on which of the three routes you choose) by a team of qualified coaches, as well as the opportunity to gain a Level 2 qualification in sport.
