Dealing with difficult situations, knowing how much support is the right amount and always trying to say the right thing, it is all confusing. During this interactive course you will learn how to: ?Understand the 3 parts of empathy, Johari?s window and expand own self awareness ?Demonstrate a non-judgemental attitude, enhance listening skills through use of paraphrasing, reflecting and summarising ?Establish ground rules in a counselling situation and explore confidentiality.
