Skype is Microsoft's instant messaging service, which allows you to write messages, see and speak to your contacts in real time. Learn how to set up a Microsoft account (if you do not already have one), start and use the Skype App, add your contacts, send and reply to instant messages, use a webcam and headset to see and talk to your contacts. The course will also show you how to set your preferences to avoid unwanted calls.
