If you want to work within hospitality and catering and wish to commence professional training in preparing and cooking food then this is the course for you.You will develop practical skills and knowledge as you master skills and techniques such as baking roasting grilling frying and many others. You will also gain key employability skills and gain essential knowledge relating to important topics including health and safety and customer care. Upon completion you may consider progression to the Hospitality and Professional Cookery Level 2 Diploma or alternatively could progress into an apprenticeship or fulltime employment.
