This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to manage a wide range of game species and their associated habitats. Using the College shoot and Shooting estates to gain skills in rearing game birds, the control; of pests and vermin. managing and assessing health and welfare of game. Duchy College has strong links with the game conservancy, BASC, National Gamekeeping Organisation, Countryside Alliance, National Trust, RSPCA and the RSPB. We regularly work with Local shoots, Cornwall and Devon Wildlife Trust and Duchy Woodlands.
