The NCFE Level 2 Diploma for Entry to the Uniformed Services is part of the Cornwall College Military Academy and is designed to prepare potential recruits for entry to the Armed Forces. The programme is portfolio based therefore there are no examinations. All theory and practical assessment will be conducted in the class room or out-doors as suitable. Learners will undertake practical military training and education in order to equip them with the necessary skills to enable them to make decisions on which service to apply for and to prepare them in all respects for initial selection. Alongside the main qualification learners will undertake GCSE or functional skills in English and/or maths dependant on their entry qualifications.
