This course can lead to a wide range of university courses, providing you with an environment to cultivate an inquiring approach and develop the ability to practice with increased autonomy. You'll need: a level 3 qualification, equivalent experience and a portfolio of work. You'll learn: to explore a wide range of materials, techniques and processes through workshops and studio practice. These will allow you to develop new skills whilst enhancing your understanding of art and design relating to social, cultural and personal themes. Expect: lots of variety, guest lectures and subject specialist teaching. You'll love: to have your own dedicated and prupose built studio space with access to ecellent workshops in 3D, ceramics, fashion and textiles, printmaking, animation and film. You'll go onto: employment or university study such as our Foundation Degree in Contemporary Creative Practice.
