This Dinner Party Cooking course is for people who like to entertain and host dinner parties. Its aim is to broaden your cooking skills so that you can be cool and collected and prepared on the night to enable you to enjoy your dinner party too, rather than being chained to the stove! Throughout this course we will teach you techniques to deliver a fantastic, three-course dinner party menu quickly and effectively. With a focus on presentation, and quality ingredients, you will be amazed at the quallity of food you will create.
