This is a popular nationally recognised Access to HE Diploma for students who are planning to continue with their career related studies into Higher Education in a wide range of sciences and the Criminal Justice System. We work in close partnership with local universities and many students use this Access course as a route into a full degree.The study of Forensic Science looks at the analysis and interpretation of science in relation to the law. In criminal cases this may include evidence from crime scenes, suspected drug abuse/poisons and firearms/explosives. In civil cases areas of interest may include authenticity of documentation, dispute resolution following fire investigations or investigation for compensation claims as a result of an accident.
