This exciting free drawing event will give you the opportunity to participate in a range of activities including life drawing, still life & monotypes. You do not need to have any previous experience to join in, it is a chance to try your hand and see how engaging and enjoyable drawing can be. All ages welcome, under 16 year olds need to be accompanied by an adult. You will have the opportunity to drop in on an activity to try it out, or concentrate on one area for the whole event. Activities will include: Life Drawing - linear drawings (limited places - age restriction 15yrs. +) Studio Drawing - explore positive and negative space Drawing through Print - monotypes: one off prints where you will explore a number of techniques Drawing classes are known to improve and maintain good physical well-being, cognitive skills, mental agility and social interaction. The Big Draw will take place in our new Art School studios. You may wish to continue to explore drawing in one of our many classes such as: - Drawing from Scratch or Drawing - Drawing - Experimental Approaches - Life Drawing (Saturday morning or Monday evening) Alternatively visit our website for all our Art & Design courses. www.racc.ac.uk
