Caribbean Christmas Food

This one day hands on course promises to stimulate, tantalise and expose your taste buds to a variety of festive dishes that are authentic and traditionally Caribbean infused with flair and creativity. Our qualified tutor will guide you through the methods of cooking delicious seasonal dishes found on the tables throughout the Caribbean at Christmas. You will prepare and cook all the dishes under the guidance of the tutor who will also give demonstrations beforehand. What you will learn By the end of the course you would have learnt how to prepare a variety of authentic Caribbean Festive dishes identified sources for the ingredients, acquired a selection of island -style recipes had a tremendous amount of fun What you will need Please note that you will be required to purchase the ingredients for each session. You will also need an apron, tea towel and container/s to take the food home. For some of the dishes you may need to bring appropriate pans or dishes in which to cook them, as advised by the tutor. What you can expect By the end of the course you will have a portfolio of festive recipes so that you can Wow! your family and friends by adding something authentic and traditionally Caribbean to your table this Christmas.
