Japanese - Stage 2 - Term 3

The aim of the course is to revise and develop basic speaking and listening skills for use in everyday situations.Typical topics covered at Stage 2 may include: • talking about daily life; • expressing likes and dislikes; • talking about hobbies, holidays and sport; • following directions and using public transport. Different topics are covered each term. Sessions are lively and varied with goals tailored to individual needs. The emphasis is on speaking and listening, with pair and group activities to maximise opportunities to speak in the language. Reading, writing and essential grammar are also incorporated into the course.
